The Horse

kipmat Yet another example of an improvisational variation on a traditionally non-varying song from Fall 1994. Maybe Trey had to tune his guitar for a second, but Page hits a very low note on the piano at about 0:15, and follows it with a long glissando up the keys. He does it again about 10 seconds later, and then at about 1:00. It was probably a combination of some inside joke and the high degree of listening and playing complimentary melodies that was a distinctive element of their jamming at this time. Man, how great are these shows?
