I have to agree about Providence, the venue and the fans. The shed was rockin' and you could tell that everyone was really focused on the band. None of this yammering on about your time at summer camp or constantly checking your phone. Everyone was dialed in. I really appreciated that. You could hear a pin drop during What's the Use. This is rare nowadays. Go to MSG and it's all jabronees on drugs talking their heads off and smoking like chimneys. Half the time they don't even know what song it is...... Nuff' said. A+ for Dunkin Donuts Center.

Security was almost non-existent. No pat down. None in the aisles. No flashlights. Take note... this is the way to do it! And everyone was well behaved. Plus there was a nice sized shakedown in a skatepark across the street. No hassles. Lots of beers. You could tell they just said it's not worth making tons of petty busts. Overall we loved Providence and New Englanders are great. Waking up at 5am to beat the storm back to Canada was pretty brutal though. My only complaint is that the Nitrous Mafia was in full effect. What a disgusting drug. Most litter intensive drug too. Balloons everywherrrrrree. Cops seem to ignore it. Wish we could get these criminals out of the scene.

This was the better of the two shows. Gin and Piper and Hood are worth another listen. As well as the first set Stash (until Troy rip-corded for the Plasma gag...).
