What an excellent write up. I don’t think I’ve ever read a piece on this show that gave me goosebumps while reading it. Having listened to this show maybe more than any other two setter, I could hear each section of the Tweezer you described, the sounds of the band, the noise of the crowd. It was a powerful night for the band and for us. So grateful to have been there. Coincidentally, the Hollywood Bowl shows will be my first west coast Phish ( wait is the Gorge west coast?) in 28 years. First California shows at least. Cheers.
