Suzy contained an Oye Como Va tease from Trey. The pause in Guelah contained All Fall Down and Simpsons signals. Love You included Mississippi Queen teases, both before and during the song.

Review by DollarBill

DollarBill This is a good back home, end of tour, show. Good energy. Not a bad bootleg. Some feedback here and there and a few fade-outs that could be tape flips.

Solid Suzy opener with the Santana teases right off the bat. Good Maze as well. This song is probably the best of the new material this tour. Bouncing is ok, and includes some monitor feedback which throws Page off a little. Divided Sky is good, it has a few rough spots in the middle from Trey. Guelah is ok, although Mike and Trey have some trouble during the Asse Festival part. Foam is good, just a few tiny spots from Trey. Poor Heart is good and includes more monitor feedback. Horn is pretty right on, a good solid take. Sparkle has also been a really good new song this tour and no slouch here. Antelope is a good solid closer tonight. Maybe a few spots but, who cares? This is a great jam. Overall a great first set.

Nice Glide to open the second set. Llama absolutely rips! Great song. TMWSIY is a rare one to pop up here and is done pretty well tonight. Avenu has a few rough spots in keeping together with Fish during Mike's solo. Mike's Groove is rocking! Great jam. Hydrogen is actually pretty good tonight. Weekapaug is really good, just a little off towards the ending. It also fades out for some reason, maybe a tape flip? Fee is a nice change of pace. Trey flubs the second verse. Rift was ok, a little loose during the solo parts. You can hear Trey or someone say sorry during the Cavern intro. Cavern itself is pretty good, ending with the introduction of Henrietta! Cold as Ice leads Fishman into explaining that he is now missing a wheel from the Electrolux. The Mississippi Queen jam ensues and reprises during the vac solo. Sounds like Fish is teasing Give Me Three Steps and/or the Flintstones Theme during the vac solo. Fish blows the lyrics on the last verse of Love You. Another HYHU ends the segment. This is the last performance to date of Cold as Ice. Requests fall on deaf ears as Trey leads us into a good, solid Jim closer. Really good show tonight.

Single Rocky Top encore tonight. Rocking as usual. Trey thanks everyone and says see you in the fall I guess?

This has been a great tour to listen to and a wonderful time in Phish's history, especially the new Rift era material, although, sadly, NICU has been dropped and Weigh, Mound, Monkey and now Brother are rare so far. I would recommend these shows to anyone to listen to. Can't wait to listen to what Europe has in store!

Review by MrPalmers1000DollarQ

MrPalmers1000DollarQ I'll start with the caveat that I haven't heard the whole show--only the selections included in the LivePhish release of 5/17/1992. Though this list excludes the jam charted Antelope, it does give a nice sample of highlights from both sets. The Suzy opener is a great showcase of Page chops and exceptionally groovy Mike slaps. Maze offers some nice Trey shredding, though the build-up feels rushed and I miss the tension present in most other great versions of the tune. This shortcoming is compensated for with a lengthy Divided Sky outro jam where Trey flies around like a kid on the playground, having the time of his life. The Mike's Groove features some experimentation on both sides of Hydrogen, foreshadowing some great '93 versions to come. Lastly, we get a spirited Jim that wraps up the collection (and Set 2) quite nicely. Fishman and Trey bring this one home with compelling energy and flash.

I was able to locate the video footage online for the Phish show on May 18, 1992 at The Flynn Theatre in Burlington, Vermont. This show is very good I enjoyed the video a lot. I hope you enjoy this footage as much as I did and find it helpful.
