Wilson was performed in a heavy metal style. 'A' Train contained teases of the Brazil theme, Alumni contained a Rhapsody in Blue tease from Page, and Bowie contained Wipe Out teases from Mike and Trey. During the encore, Trey introduced Fish as "The King of Prussia" (an allusion to the real-life location King of Prussia, not far away from Lancaster).

Review by TheEmu

TheEmu 2/9/90 - Another solid show. Not too much to talk about with the first set, but the second set contains a very good early Reba and another excellent Bowie. I know I've mentioned this before, but one thing I've noticed with these early shows is what a go-to Bowie is in these early days. Three stars from me.

thelot Low gen SBD available for this show. With that said, without much of the room mixed in, it does come off a little flat. It’s still nice to have a clean tape available from their first little southern swing.

Golgi cuts in to start the recording off. Nice version of YEM with a few minor cuts. The beginning is cropped off and there’s a minor cut during the boy, man section. Solid Mike’s Groove with a rippin’ little version of Groove. Trey chats with the crowd a bit before closing out the first half with Carolina.

DaaM and Ya Mar open the second half. Fantastic version of Reba tonight! Wilson still has the metal arrangement but was a little more polished than the versions played at The Front. This version has the “blap boom”. Beautifully inspired version of A-Train! Alumni through Bowie has inspired flow and great playing. There was talk about playing Caravan instead of Bowie. I’m glad they chose to deliver a killer little Bowie to close out the set! They were short on time, so they went with a quick I Didn’t Know encore featuring “The King of Prussia” on vacuum to send the crowd off. Good show.
