MYSTERY JAM MONDAY PART 423

Welcome to the 423rd edition of Phish.Net's Mystery Jam Monday, the final MJM of June. This week's puzzle is brought to you by MJM Hall of Famer @PhreePhish. Answer: Congrats to @ChemistryChris on his fourth MJM win, this time pushing him across the halfway mark to Emeritus status and a seat in the MJM HoF! As pointed out in the comments, these two jams were a nod to Neil Peart (RIP), with the clips being two Phish jams featuring Rush teases: 8/5/11 "Rock & Roll" and 8/21/87 "David Bowie." Love it when 80s Phish makes it into MJM. Classic show. I can picture my friend's "Ian's Farm" tapes now. I went into my Phish Companion book (Thanks Mockingbird) and saw that this show was the first to have the Mcgrupp lyrics sung rather than narrated. The more you know! Side note, love the ChemistryChris avatar. Another side note. Saw that Broadway is shut down through December, so I am assuming that kills any long shot at an MSG NYE run. I would certainly pay for even a NYE, Summer, Fall, whatever "run" where all the boys were doing was webcasting them doing soundcheck jams in some remote location. Better yet would be a Willy Wonka style contest where a select few get to be in attendance. I want my Mike's Song second jam and I want it now daddy!
