icujibboo Trey, your voice sounds fantastic like an angel’s from above. It sounds almost like you have been gargling salt water and using neil’s sinus rinse every day since 12/31/2024 (NYE in NYC). Keep it up boys, absolutely killer spring tour so far, you guys sound so very pleasing to the ear lately. I thoroughly enjoyed the tweezer tease in gumbo btw. Bring more to philly this summer. Keep on rockin

Koa96 This show had it all, baby. Lots of old songs with just a touch of new - from the Evolve album. Not too many or too few songs, with good flow thru the show and extended jams in both first and second sets. A very smooth, and only, Simple -> Punch in band history. Dirty jams - The Well. Frenzied jams - Crosseyed and Painless. Proper ballads in their proper place in the middle of the set - Reba and Lonely Trip. Perfect Encore with Wading in the Velvet Sea to bring us together and then First Tube to bring us out on a high note. And also Phish's national anthem - You Enjoy Myself - with a vocal jam that was actually well put together! Oh and almost forgot, a 30 minute Tweezer...

Thank you Phish! And thank you San Francisco!

Review by JonnyRingo

JonnyRingo This show was a heater and one of those shows where the jamming, setlist, and crowd energy aligns perfectly and steamrolls into a magical night.

I thought the first set was better than either set the previous night with the highlights being Simple -> PYITE (the transition was killer and really fired up the crowd), Gumbo and Bowie (which were both extended and went type 2), and Reba (which was masterfully executed).

Set 2 was equally as good. The Tweezer had some of the most gorgeous jamming I’ve heard from them in a while and it never had a jam segment that I didn’t find interesting. The Crosseyed was a perfectly placed ripper, Pillow Jets was great, and by the time they dropped into YEM the place was bonkers. Trey absolutely shredded the outro solo.

For what it’s worth, it’s my favorite show I’ve seen since Chula 2021 and I’m glad I caught it.
