Ghost and Gin were the two absolute toughest to narrow to five. Also, not everything we considered made the spreadsheet. We realized that there were some versions that we eliminated early on, that we forgot to add (e.g. the 7/2/98 Ghost b/c we felt if any Ghost from Europe 98 would make it, it had to be Prague).
